Driving from California alone Cascade Range into Oregon, the first thing that strikes you is its mesmerizing forest and countless water falls. Walking among them to escape the unbearable heat from south in the summer is a refreshing experience that signatures this very green state.

This is one of my favorite water falls in the Cascade, just within two hours away from Bend. You do have to look a little big harder on the map to find out this place. As photogenic as it is, it is actually quite challenging to actual snap a good shot out this falls given the mist flying all over on my lens just within seconds I take off my lens cover. This is my third visit, somehow after struggling for two hours on the spot I finally capture a shot that hasn’t been tainted by the moisture collected on the lens.
